What we expect of you.
We expect our members to contribute to the team, to help out and to be on often-there is no need for dead players(if there are legitimant reasons as to why you cannot come on all the time than we'll see it through).
We expect people to be mature, fun and friendly were not looking for a team of sad people. We also expect you to follow orders as each division has a leader, those leaders keep a line of balance and the team leader keeps a line of balance over his division leaders and his members. We believe a line of balance is needed to keep the team strong and working successfully(do not worry we don't expect people to say "yes sir" or "yes mam" and there is no dictatorship within our team all have a say).
We expect people also to be able to work as a team and be able to learn various tactics etc.
We also expect people to be able to talk back and forth with the team throughout a game-call outs-you have to be. For example, shooting someone, calling out their location, listening to your team all at the same time. There's alot more we will discuss with you about this topic once you've joined if you are not familiar with it all. That's really all that we expect of people just basic things that will keep the team a fun, competitive and friendly place.
